How To: Warm Using A Microwave

Warm using a microwave:

  • Heating temperature varies greatly based on the microwave being used. Please use caution and test-warm your pack a few times so you can warm your pack with confidence. 
  • Bear, Bunny, Share the LOVE, Medium & Eye Mask: Start with 20 seconds
  • Extra Large: Start with 1 minute
  • Shoulder: Start with 1 minute, 30 seconds.

How To: Warm Using An Oven

Warm using an oven: 

  • Preheat oven to 120C (250F)
  • Wrap the Therapy Pack in clean tinfoil
  • Let heat for 5-10 minutes
  • Using Oven mitts, remove the pack from the oven and do a temperature test
  • Either let it cool before use
  • OR keep heating until desired temperature
  • The tinfoil can be reused and the oven must remain clean
  • Overheating your pack will cause damage to the filling and increase the risk of fire

How To: Use Cold

How to use cold: 

Storing your Therapy Pack in the freezer:

  • Place your Therapy Pack in a ziplock back and remove extra air before sealing. 
  • If your Therapy Pack is at room temperature, place in the freezer for 45 minutes to cool. 
  • If your Therapy Pack is warm, allow it to cool to room temperature before placing it in the freezer.

Therapy Pack Safety:

  • Overheating may cause damage or a risk of fire.
  • Clean your microwave before heating your Pack
  • Therapy Packs are not toys, Adult supervision is recommended
  • Therapy Packs are not washable, If it gets wet please discard. Keeping a previously wet Therapy Pack may cause sickness.
