Refund policy
Returns & Exchanges:
- All sales are final.
- Please read the description of the items prior to completing your order. Guides as to what size may work best for your specific needs is provided in the description.

Mislabeled Products:
- Customers have 14 days from the time of purchase to notify Created Mother that the wrong item has been shipped.
In the case that a wrong item has been shipped:
- Exchange will only be granted if the product is unworn/ has not been used.
Products with defects:
- Customer must notify Created Mother of the defect within 12 weeks of purchase. Proof of purchase may be required.
- Once a repair/exchange has been arranged, the customer has 7 days to return the product to Created Mother.
- Once repaired/ replaced Created Mother will return the product to you with the same method it was received. (ie: It will either be ready for pick up or will be returned in the mail). Shipping expenses to return the product to Created Mother are at the customers expense. Created Mother will then ship it back at no expense.
- For pick up only: Once the customer has received notification that the products are ready for pick up, the customer has 30 days to come pick up the products or they will be recycled/ placed back into inventory.
Created Mother reserves the right to not hold repaired/exchanged products longer than 30 days and will dispose of them/ add them back into inventory without reimbursement to the customer. The customer will receive warning of this deadline.
