Shipping policy

• Tracking and shipping insurance is not included in the standard shipping price. If you would like to purchase tracking or shipping insurance, please contact me prior to completing your order; use the contact form.
• Orders lost in the mail will not be refunded as an option to purchase insurance has been provided for you.
• Shipping within Canada generally takes 3 business days.

Handling:

• Orders will be shipped within the next 3 business days.
• Custom orders will be added to the custom order list and will be completed in the order that payment is received. Once customs er orders are completed, you will be notified and your order will ship the next business day.
